Thanks to everyone who made our 1st 8 Days Of Pigmas a success. Had a slow start thanks to Snopocalypse 2010: The Re-Snowing, but pulled it out big at the end of the week. Some of the Pigmas specials will definitely be returning. We’re taking a bit of a rest for the next few days but we’ll be back slinging our legendary Q on brand new Foti Rolls starting this Thursday January 6th at 11AM. Looking forward to seeing all the area Q fans!

Watch the Times Square Ball drop with these bite size pieces of beef & pork. An all beef meat ball (no filler) seasoned with our house rub – wrapped in bacon then dusted again with our house rub. We smoke’em for an hour or so then glaze them with our Sweet Lightnin’ sace. VERY addictive.

CAKE BALLS ……………..$1.50

It does not get better than a ball of chocolate cake coated in chocolate & put on a stick. The perfect post-MOINK Ball dessert.

We take our Smoked Turkey & shred it up then pile it high on a bun with our White BBQ Sauce & pickles.

The snow wins this round & we’ll be closed on Monday December 27th. We’ll be tweaking the 8 Days Of Pigmas schedule to make sure all of the Pigmas treats get served. Looking forward to seeing Q fans on Tuesday after everything is dug out.
