Sunday is a perfect Q day!
It’s a beautiful sunny Sunday in Andes. After last night’s sell out, we’re back with more hot fresh BBQ to satisfy your Q cravings. Eat in or take out. Ribs & Pig Wings coming out of the smoker at Rib O’Clock (2:30pm).
We are running a little low on sauces – so if you have a favorite be sure to mention you want some when calling in an order. If we still have it, we’ll set some aside for you.
August 14: Picnic! at Andes Community Day
This Saturday – August 14th – we’re taking Picnic! on the road again. This time we’re heading to our new location - Andes, NY. We’ll be setting up our tent in front of Hogan’s General Store (our new location coming this Fall) & selling sandwiches & sides starting at 11am.
There will be no ribs or BBQ feasts this Saturday!
As we will have no phone on Saturday, if you wish to pre-order, please call or email before 6pm on Friday August 13th.
Our menu will be:
Pulled Pork sandwich
Beef Brisket sandwich
Smoked Turkey sandwich
Pig Wings (bite size pieces of porky goodness)
Smoked Mac & Cheese
BBQ Beans
Mustard Slaw
Sweet & Sour Slaw
We’ll keep serving until we run out of food. We look forward to seeing everyone out for a day of fun & BBQ in Andes.
July 31: A Beautiful Picnic! Day
It’s going to be the perfect day for a BBQ Picnic! We’ve got 6 racks of ribs coming out at noon plus Pig Wings & all the usual BBQ faves. We’ll be closed next weekend – taking off for our anniversary & doing a bit of food touring – so this is your last chance to get our BBQ until August 14th. Hope to see all the BBQ faithful in the Hut’s yard today.
Speaking of August 14th, we’ll be taking Picnic! on the road to the Andes Community Day. We’ll be setting up in front of Hogan’s General Store (our future permanent location) & serving sandwiches, sides & Pig Wings. Current plan is to start selling around 11am. Stay tuned for details.
July 24: Picnic! & Pig Wings!
As the weather has turned out hot but rain free, we’ve decided to stay open a bit later. Will be hanging out at Picnic! until at least 7pm.
There are only 5 Picnics! left this summer & this Saturday is one of them. We’ll be here serving all our the usual BBQ goodies plus debuting a new menu item: Pig Wings. Bite size pieces of porky goodness, these come in two sizes:
PIG WINGS
Small (5 – 6 pieces) …… 4.50
Large (10 – 12 pieces) ….. 8.50
Like our ribs, we’ll have a limited amount of Pig Wings this weekend as we try this new item out.
