The sign was installed today. That makes everything in place for our opening on Wednesday January 13th. We’ll be open for lunch at 11am.

Rib fans take note:
We’ll have 3 racks of ribs available during lunch. If you want lunch ribs – get here early or call us to reserve some. Otherwise you’ll have to wait until rib o’clock (4pm).

We’re hoping to have a bit of time soon to update this site with Open House photos and pics of the new sign.

We’re opening the Cha Cha Hut in Roxbury, NY – next to The Roxbury in the old deli location. We’ll be updating this site with our progress – from submitting our plans to painting to the building of the cook house and beyond. Here’s your chance to watch the Cha Cha Hut as it becomes a reality.
