Much has been made of the devastation in the Catskills due to Irene. Make no mistake – it is massive. Towns have been destroyed – house wiped out – businesses gone. Relief efforts are under way, but we should not lose sight of that fact many businesses are still open & need your patronage in the coming weeks.

We’ve dug out & made our way over the hill to be open today. Hope you had a great snow day yesterday! BBQ is the perfect treat post-shoveling or apres ski! Come on by & celebrate the 3rd Day of Pigmas.

It’s Easter Sunday & we’re open until 6pm today. We’ve got 2 1/4 racks of lunch ribs with 3 more racks coming at Rib O’Clock (around 3:30pm or so). Drop on by for a bit of non-ham pork fix.
