We received the acceptance of our site plans (with a few minor comments) over the weekend. This means the NYS Department of Health approves our plans for the Hut – the first hurdle in getting our permit. Now we have to buy and install the equipment. Once that is done, the DOH returns to inspect and give us our permit to operate.

So glad we’re moving forward…

I just noticed this morning the NYS Department of Health cashed the checks we gave them for site plan review and permit. I’m hoping this means we’ll hear from them on the review soon. Really looking forward to checking that off the list.
