Champagne & Chiffon Give Hut Love

New sauces: one hot & one hotter
We’re kicking off the summer season by bringing a bit of heat. We have two new sauces starting this weekend – our 1st hot sauce & the return of our hottest BBQ sauce.
ZyzzyB’s KAOS Sauce
Our 1st non-BBQ hot sauce. We take a healthy dose of chipotle peppers & combine them with garlic & a touch of sweetness for a medium hot sauce. It won’t kill ya – but it’ll make your lips tingle.
Shopsin Facemelter
The legend returns. One of our most requested Sauce of the Moment – it’s hot in a big way. Essentially a few hot sauces thinned out with cider vinegar & cut with black pepper. This is pretty much nothing but heat. Amazingly – it’s incredible on pulled pork! Not for children or the timid.
Cha Cha Hut Acres
We own the two acres next to Cha Cha Hut HQ. A few weeks ago, a couple local farmers approached us about using those acres for organic farming. In exchange, we’ll get fresh organic produce for the Hut. How could we resist?!?
They began the very hard process of tilling a neglected field. We’re hoping it will all be worth it.
