St. Pigmas Preview: The Full Monty
Today’s Test Kitchen is The Full Monty sandwich debuting next Thursday. Basically, we took everything on the menu, put it on a couple of tortillas & rolled it up. It clocked in at 3 pounds of sandwich! Below is a photo of Cherie picking up half to give you a sense of scale. We’ll be offering a very limited amount of these monsters next week!
Test Kitchen: The Junkyard Dog
Our latest test kitchen is our take on the BBQ Bacon Explosion. We call it the Junkyard Dog. It’s fairly simple: 2 lbs bacon, 2 lbs hot Italian sausage & 2 lbs of our Trashcan Chili. Into Smoke Bob-Omb for a few hours. That’s just good eatin’.
We’re hoping to have samples ready for tasting sometime around 2pm today – Sunday November 14.
