Because we were geeks in our previous life, we’ve added a wireless network to the Cha Cha Hut. Now you can get rib juice or pork all over your shiny wireless device/computer while surfing Teh Interweb. You’ll need to come to the counter to get the password…
March 6: No Lunch Ribs Today
Title says it all. We will not have lunch ribs today. Rib O’Clock will be around 4pm. Call ahead and rserve a rack if you want dinner ribbage.
One of the rewards of BBQ for a living…
Six year old Emma stands in front of the counter – just barely able to see over. Waits patiently while I have a chat with her parents about running a BBQ joint. When I stop to ask her if I can help her she says:
“Your ribs are SOOOO juicy. When I bit into one the first time the juice hit me here. (Indicates eyebrow) My tastebuds are so happy they are dancing until they’re sick.”
No award could ever top that for me.
(She also loved the sweet potato biscuits but was not too impressed by the smoked mac & cheese).
