The latest, greatest & last version of the Hut is now OPEN! Thursday – Sunday, we’re serving up the best Q in the Catskills. Pulled pork, beef brisket, turkey breast & pork spare ribs all slow smoked in our Backwoods Smokers in the cook house in front of the Hut. We use local hardwoods – mostly cherry, oak, maple & apple – with a base of Royal Oak All Natural Hardwood Briquettes. All rubs & sauces are made in house.
Looking for some great side dishes? Then you’ve also come to the right place! All of our sides are made by hand from scratch. We make our own slaw dressings – one mayo/mustard dressing & one vinegar dressing. Our BBQ Beans are more a meal than a side – three kinds of beans with peppers & onions in our Thundernagi BBQ Sauce. Got a craving for some collard greens? Our Kickin’ Greens have got you covered. Made with house smoked pork belly & a hit of our North Carolina Vinegar Sauce. We even have TWO different Mac & Cheeses. Plain Old Mac & Cheese is just that – just straight up trad mac & cheese. We suggest skipping that for our signature Mac – Smoked Mac & Cheese. Elbow macaroni in a creamy cheese sauce with peppers & onions – we take the whole pan & put it in the smoker for a bit. During the Catskill growing season, we also feature sides made from produce grown on our own farm – Cha Cha Hut Acres.
