Whoever predicts the most correct Oscar winners scores Q for a year. Ties will be settled by random drawing. Contest closes at 6PM February 26th.

The latest, greatest & last version of the Hut is now OPEN! Thursday – Sunday, we’re serving up the best Q in the Catskills. Pulled pork, beef brisket, turkey breast & pork spare ribs all slow smoked in our Backwoods Smokers in the cook house in front of the Hut. We use local hardwoods – mostly oak, maple & apple – with a base of Stubbs All Natural Hardwood Briquettes. All rubs & sauces are made in house.

Looking for some great side dishes? Then you’ve also come to the right place! All of our sides are made by hand from scratch. We make our own slaw dressings – one mayo/mustard dressing & one vinegar dressing. Our BBQ Beans are more a meal than a side – three kinds of beans with peppers & onions in our Thundernagi BBQ Sauce. Got a craving for some collard greens? Our Kickin’ Greens have got you covered. Made with house smoked pork belly & a hit of our North Carolina Vinegar Sauce. We even have TWO different Mac & Cheeses. Plain Old Mac & Cheese is just that – just stright up trad mac & cheese. We suggest skipping that for our signature Mac – Smoked Mac & Cheese. Elbow macaroni in a creamy cheese sauce with peppers & onions – we take the whole pan & put it in the smoker for a bit. During the Catskill growing season, we also feature sides made from produce grown on our own farm – Cha Cha Hut Acres.

CHA CHA MINI WITH YOUR LOVE
Valentine’s Weekend is for lovers & so is BBQ Love. Toss those Valentine cliches out the window & do the Cha Cha Mini with your loved one. Our BBQ Feast for 2 has 4 ribs, 1/4 pound each of our legendary meats & 3 small sides. All for only $30.

The last month has been truly amazing for us at the Hut. The Q love & warm welcome we have received at our Arkville joint is so greatly appreciated. Make the long hours all worth it. You’ve been great to us so we want to show a bit of love back at ya!

On Super Bowl weekend, we made a bet with KC’s Rib Shack in New Hampshire. When the Giants won, KC’s donated $100 to the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society & opened a $50 tab at the Hut. We’re using that tab on Thursday February 9th for our customer appreciation day:
