<p>We&#8217;re kicking off the summer season by bringing a bit of heat. We have two new sauces starting this weekend &#8211; our 1st hot sauce &#038; the return of our hottest BBQ sauce.</p>
<h2>ZyzzyB&#8217;s KAOS Sauce</h2>
<p>Our 1st non-BBQ hot sauce. We take a healthy dose of chipotle peppers &#038; combine them with garlic &#038; a touch of sweetness for a medium hot sauce. It won&#8217;t kill ya &#8211; but it&#8217;ll make your lips tingle.</p>
<h2>Shopsin Facemelter</h2>
<p>The legend returns. One of our most requested Sauce of the Moment &#8211; it&#8217;s hot in a big way. Essentially a few hot sauces thinned out with cider vinegar &#038; cut with black pepper. This is pretty much nothing but heat. Amazingly &#8211; it&#8217;s incredible on pulled pork! Not for children or the timid.</p>

<p>Local brisket from Gladstone Farm in Andes &#8211; soaked in whiskey &#038; slow smoked using whiskey barrel wood from <a href="http://tuthilltown.com/">Tuthilltown Spirits</a> in Gardiner, NY. Served with our limited edition Whiskey A Go Go BBQ sauce, corn muffin, choice of side &#038; drink.</p>

<p>A decadent appetizer soaked in whiskey &#038; maple syrup for 3 days &#038; smoked to perfection over whiskey barrel wood from <a href="http://tuthilltown.com/">Tuthilltown Spirits</a> in Gardiner, NY.</p>

<h3>Whiskey Wood Smoked Pork Spare Ribs</h3>
<p>We&#8217;ll also be using whiskey barrel wood to smoke our pork spare ribs on Friday &#038; Saturday. Our usual menu pricing applies to these ribs (1/2 rack with beans or slaw $14 &#8211; full rack with beans or slaw $23).</p>

<h3>Whiskey A Go Go BBQ sauce</h3>
<p>We make this red sauce with a healthy dose of Jack Daniels. Simmered for an hour &#8211; then we put in the smoker for a bit. It&#8217;s a thick sweet &#038; slightly smokey with a little JD kick at the end. We&#8217;ll have a small batch of To Go jars available at $11 each.</p>
<h3>Maple Espresso BBQ Sauce</h3>
<p>The legend makes a very brief return for this weekend only. French press coffee combined with maple syrup makes this one of our most requested sauces. Once you have it &#8211; you&#8217;ll be hooked. We&#8217;ll be offering side cups for those in the know &#038; selling a small batch of To Go jars for $11 each.</p>

<p>Thanks to everyone who made our 1st 8 Days Of Pigmas a success. Had a slow start thanks to Snopocalypse 2010: The Re-Snowing, but pulled it out big at the end of the week. We&#8217;re taking a bit of a rest for the next few days but we&#8217;ll be back slinging our legendary Q on brand new Foti Rolls starting this Thursday January 6th at 11AM.
