On The 6th Day of Pigmas: MOINK Balls & Cake Balls
IN ADDITION TO OUR REGULAR MENU, WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PIGMAS SPECIALS:

Watch the Times Square Ball drop with these bite size pieces of beef & pork. An all beef meat ball (no filler) seasoned with our house rub – wrapped in bacon then dusted again with our house rub. We smoke’em for an hour or so then glaze them with our Sweet Lightnin’ sace. VERY addictive.
CAKE BALLS ……………..$1.50
It does not get better than a ball of chocolate cake coated in chocolate & put on a stick. The perfect post-MOINK Ball dessert.

Thursday Night: Ribs are Sold Out
Due to an unexpected run on ribs (they were taking them from me as I pulled them from the smoker) we are – as of 4:45pm – sold out. We will be doing a rib cook tomorrow & Saturday. If you want NYE or New Year’s ribs, we strongly recommend placing your order early.

A sandwich so wrong it is right! Pork, Brisket, Turkey, Trashcan Chili, BBQ beans, Smoked Mac & Cheese & your choice of slaw wrapped in 2 tortillas. It’s a 3 pound monster! There’s no prize for eating it – recommended for 2 – 4 average eaters.

We take our Smoked Turkey & shred it up then pile it high on a bun with our White BBQ Sauce & pickles.
