July 3rd Picnic!
Our July 3rd Picnic! will continue to be in front of Cha Cha Hut World HQ – 1758 County Highway 41 – from noon-ish ’til we run out of food. We’ll be serving up all the BBQ treats you’ve come to love in a quiet outdoor setting. BBQ by the pound or a rack of ribs is the perfect treat to take to July 4th potlucks. We’ll give you directions for re-heating it on a grill or in the oven.
So after you’ve taken in the sights & sounds of the Street Fair, drop on down for the best BBQ in the area.
UPDATE: Alrighty then – it’s 10:30am & we’ve already got 2 Grande Gorges sold. It’s going to be a very interesting July 3rd Picnic! If you want a BBQ fix today – we STRONGLY suggest calling ahead & reserving food – especially ribs.
Picnic! Saturday June 26th @ noon-ish
Even though it is raining a bit – we’re still serving. Our trees provide a perfect natural umbrella.
The second Picnic! of the summer kicks off tomorrow at noon-ish (please do not arrive directly at 12pm) with the full array of Cha Cha Hut goodies. Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork & Smoked Turkey with Mustard Slaw, Sweet & Sour Slaw, Smoked Mac & Cheese & BBQ Beans. We’ve made extra Maple Espresso Sauce & South Carolina Mustard Sauce as they went quickly last week.
We’re cooking 8 racks of ribs. If you want ribbage – call & reserve.
We started running out of food around 3pm last week – & even though we’re cooking a bit more this week – we suggest getting here early as word is spreading.
We’re moving to Andes
As the cat is somewhat out of the bag – and will be officially announced in the Watershed Post soon – our new location is Andes. Specifically, we’re going to be moving into the space behind Hogan’s General Store. Planned re-opening is sometime in the Fall (hopefully by end of September). In the meantime, we’ll be rocking the Picnic! events each Saturday @ noon-ish.
