Yes – we had a fire…
This is the worst day of our life. Sometime after 1am on Wednesday the 25th the Cha Cha Hut caught fire. The phrase “burned to the ground” is not totally accurate (see photos) but might as well be. We’ve basically lost everything.
Nonetheless – we are not defeated. We vow to bring great BBQ back to the Catskills as soon as we can get new smokers & a location. The support we’ve gotten from the local BBQ fans is amazing & helps keep us going this stressful period.

Rib O’Clock is 4pm when our 5 hour pork spare ribs come out of the smoker. We believe in quality over quantity, so we cook a limited number of ribs each day. If you want to guarantee ribs for dinner, we suggest calling early to reserve your rib order. You can even order ribs days advance – up to 10 am of the day you want them – & we’ll cook a rack especially for you.
We’ll take food reservations but tables are first come first served.
