Sunday April 25: No Ribs Today
Thanks to a very busy Saturday, we have completely sold out of ribs for this week. Sorry to BBQ fans looking for a Sunday rib fix. We do have plenty of rib meat. It’s all the fun & flavor of ribs without the bones or mess. Rib meat is made with the rib trimmings. We put them in the smoker with the ribs & then pull them apart for a rib version of pulled pork.
Speaking of pulled pork, we have that today as well as turkey & our locally famous brisket.
Just no ribs.
Long Distance Take Out

In what is – at least to date – the longest distance Cha Cha Hut take out has traveled, our friends Artie & Rain took turkey, smoked mac & cheese & a rack of ribs to Douglassville, PA for a visit with Rain’s sister. We wrapped everything securely, boxed it up & included detailed instructions for re-heating.
If you’d like to have us put together a package of food for your get together, drop by The Hut or give us a call.
Catskill Mountain News “At Your Service”
Just read the “At Your Service” column in the Catskill Mountain News. For the record, the new restaurant & it’s owner Ms. Inge blind itemed is not the Cha Cha Hut or me. While I am dedicated to running the best BBQ place in the Catskills, I do not believe myself somehow better than my competition. Perhaps if Ms. Inge whould stop playing the blind item game, she could eliminate any potential speculation & animosity from her column. If she feels a business is truly doing it right, why not name it? If she feels a business has issues, why not name it? What exactly is the point of her columns on local business if no one reading the column has the faintest clue what that local business is?
